Warm Salad

This recipe is good for an appetizer or side dish. Easy and fun way to eat vegetables!  

Yield: 2 servings
Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 mushrooms (1/4" sliced)
  • 10 asparagus (2" sliced)
  • 3 slices of ham (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (cut into bite sizes)

Spices 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 10g butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • dash pepper

Preparation
    1. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan and cook the mushrooms, asparagus, and ham for 3 minutes over high heat and add avocado and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and sprinkle pepper.
    2. Serve and enjoy!

    1. i must say, i'm gonna have to make salads this way! since neither me nor my family are much of vegetable fans n this looks quite good n easy:P

      how come the 'time' says 1 hour? it seems like it only takes 5 minutes!
