- 2 balls of rice (1/2 lb)
- 1/4 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/8 cup green onion (chopped)
- 0.2 lb ham (minced)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Spices
- 1 tsp chicken soup powder
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt (for mixing with egg and rice)
- dash of salt and pepper
- Mix eggs with steamed rice and add salt
- Heat oil in frying pan then grill onions, ham, and green onions for two minutes over high heat
- Add rice, and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat and add sake and chicken soup for 2 minutes
- Sprinkle salt and pepper, add soy sauce, and cook for 1 minute on low
