- 1 carrot (sliced thin)
- 1 small green pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 small eggplant (sliced thin) (340g)
- 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 sausage or hot dog (sliced)
Spices
Preparation
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken soup powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
- Mix spices together in a small bowl (without sesame oil, salt, and pepper)
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan then grill the sausage for 30 seconds with high heat
- Add all vegetables, cook for 7 minutes over medium heat
- Add mixed spices in a pan, then cook for 2 minutes over low heat
- Adjust to taste with salt and pepper
